Follow the steps mentioned below for requesting the HoorZeker plan.

• Download the form mentioned below.

• And completes it fully prints with pen (black or blue).

• Your banks do not forget if mail bank account number to fill in for the one-off incasso of the chargeable premium (including costs and insurance tax).

• The form in a sufficiently stamped envelope send to:
  ENRA insurance e.g., PO Box 210, 1610 AE Grootebroek (BVK).

• After reception by our the application is processed and we you the policy will send. This can confiscate some days.
